Our blockchain game features its own crypto token, which is earned by playing. It is used to upgrade equipment or can also be traded on the open market.

In other Play-And-Earn games, token rewards are commonly just minted or are given out from a treasury without a backup of real money, leading to unsustainable economies.
We solve this problem.
Money raised from the $BKO governance token sale is going to a foundation that will be an independent entity. Mainly the foundation fuels the in-game economy by buying $BF and $BKO tokens and using them for crafting.We are the leading firm by delivering quality and value to our clients.
Revenue given out as in-game rewards and staking rewards is generated and backed by real expenses for instance from the crafting system (including foundational influx) and sales of other in-game content like skins, pets and more. So no unbacked tokens (or "fake" tokens) are minted or need to be minted as rewards.
50% of the total supply of $BF in-game tokens are sold in a public sale and the other remaining 50% are locked as liquidity on DEXs. No further $BF tokens will be minted, ever.

Our Solution for Economic Sustainability
Other Play-And-Earn game economies become often very unstable due to uncontrolled token distribution leading to inflation.

Our dual-token ecosystem, with $BKO for governance and $BF as in-game token, is designed from scratch for maximal sustainability with a
paradigm shifting composition of the following aspects.
The price floor (downside limit) is created by allocating funds raised from the $BF token sale to a swap pool with Uniswap V3 mechanics and concentrating the funds around the final price of the token auction (public sale). Contrarily, the price upside won't be limited.
$BKO team tokens are locked from trading with a high vesting cliff (48+ months), and after that only unvest linearly over a long period of time. The $BKO tokens for the game development company are even locked from trading forever.

The Foundation

We are setting up a foundation in Crypto Valley, the city of Zug in Switzerland. The purpose of the foundation is to keep this project alive and increase its sustainability. The foundation will be funded with capital raised in the $BKO token sales. The foundation will invest its funds into DeFi/CeFi, i.e. non-algorithmic stablecoin staking, lending, government bonds and other low risk strategies. Earnings from that will be used directly to enhance and fuel the project's economy, mainly by buying $BF and $BKO on the open market, with the purpose to use them for crafting. $BKO used in crafting is burned and 100% of the $BF tokens used in crafting will go back to players, stakers and charity. The items the foundation acquires by crafting will be given out as prizes to players participating in game events (contests).

Heavy Burn: Additionally after 4 years the foundation will be allowed to spend certain amounts of its base capital to buy and burn higher amounts of $BKO under certain circumstances to compensate for any eventual imbalance between active players and available tokens.

Combat & Peace

Blue Kraken Online will operate a dual-token economy where $BKO is the governance token and $BF is the in-game token.

Team tokens will have a high vesting cliff (4 years) and after that period these tokens are released only slowly over several months. The cliff period for these tokens is that long, because we want to underline our immense commitment to our ecosystem.

Additionally, funds raised from $BKO investment rounds will go to the project's foundation that will support the game's economic health and increase the amount of $BF tokens earnable by the players.
$BF - ingame token
Blue Fuel [$BF] is the in-game token. 50% of the token supply will be sold or given to the public and the other 50% will be supplied as liquidity on Uniswap V3 and others, starting at the final price of a public token auction.

$BF tokens will not be sold or allocated to the team. The actual considered sale is a public token auction with a price discovery. Funds raised in a token auction would be allocated as liquidity on decentralized exchanges and especially in swap pools with Uniswap V3 mechanics, concentrated around the final price of the token auction. Thereby a floor price (minimal price) for $BF is created at which all tokens from public sale could be sold back to the open market.
